About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our members, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience. In this position, you will:

• Support members with questions about energy programs, load management services (EV, water heater, etc.), solar applications, rebates, and billing concerns.
• Coordinate service orders and work closely with the Energy Management Technician, Billing Supervisor, and Meter Technician to resolve issues.
• Assist members in scheduling Home Energy Assessments and guide them through available co‑op programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for our First Call Medical Monitoring program—helping members with equipment setup, training, and troubleshooting.
• Provide backup support for front desk reception and other Member Services functions when needed.
• Support member‑focused events and educational activities.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required
• Additional coursework or training in customer service, business, or energy programs is a plus

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $25 – 26.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
