Notice:

SMARTHUB NOTICE: Upon accessing or signing into the app, Android users will be prompted with a screen to update their app via the app store and iOS users will see a message on the Home screen indicating an update is required. Users who have not updated to SmartHub Mobile 26.3 will be unable to utilize the app to make mobile payments once your organization's migration to CommerceHub is complete. Migrations are rolling throughout June 2026, with all NISC Members transitioned by end of June.

Beginning July 1, SCEC will no longer accept electronics, lightbulbs or batteries for recycling at our facility. Visit https://www.sccwi.gov/1042/Recycling-Collection-Programs for a list of St. Croix County sites.
