Pay by Phone
Call (855) 938-3613 to pay your bill 24-7 using our automated Secure Pay system.
You can pay with a bank account OR a credit/debit card and choose to securely store the information for future payments and/or enroll in our Auto Pay Program.
If the number you are calling from is listed on your account your information will be automatically pulled up. You will be asked to create a PIN if you don't already have one and your Total Due and Past Due (if any) will be provided as well.
Pay in Person
You can drop off payments 24-7 at our dropbox located on the southeastern end of our front drive at 1925 Ridgeway Street in Hammond.
You can also visit our lobby to pay by cash, check or credit/debit card during regular business hours of :
