SMARTHUB NOTICE: Upon accessing or signing into the app, Android users will be prompted with a screen to update their app via the app store and iOS users will see a message on the Home screen indicating an update is required. Users who have not updated to SmartHub Mobile 26.3 will be unable to utilize the app to make mobile payments once your organization's migration to CommerceHub is complete. Migrations are rolling throughout June 2026, with all NISC Members transitioned by end of June.

Service Rules & Regulations

SCEC's written rules and regulations for operating processes and procedures.

SCEC BD POL 141: Service Rules and Regulations Manual establishes and maintains a written set of electric service rules and regulations in a manual that outlines operating processes and procedures, as well as follows best practices and complies with all applicable laws.

  1. The SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual will be applicable to all members and applicants for membership.
     
  2. The SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual will be a part of every contract for service made by the Cooperative, unless modified by special terms written therein, and will govern all classes of service.
     
  3. A copy of the SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual shall be available to all members and applicants for membership.
