To receive a Metered Load Management Rate, all qualifying equipment must be controlled and connected permanently to a separately metered circuit with the entire system available for inspection and monitoring at any time by Cooperative employees.
Metered Load Management Service with electric heating must have a qualifying electric storage heating system or an automatic fossil fuel backup heat source. Service is only available when electric service to the main meter is energized.
As of November 2022, the following rate will be in effect for Metered Load Management Service WITHOUT Cycled Air Conditioning:
Daily Fixed Charge: 13¢ per day
Energy Charge – Overnight (9pm–5am, All Months): 5¢ per kWh
Energy Charge – All Other Hours (All Months): 8.2¢ per kWh

As of November 2022, the following rate will be in effect:
Daily Fixed Charge: 13¢ per day
Energy Charge – Overnight (9pm–5am, All Months): 5¢ per kWh
Energy Charge – All Other Hours Summer (May-Sept. usage): 11.2¢ per kWh
Energy Charge – All Other Hours Winter (Oct. – April usage): 8.2¢ per kWh
