Scholarship Recipient Information

To claim your scholarship (receive the check), all you will need to do is complete & submit the CLAIM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP form found below.

You will need to upload Proof of Enrollment - as simple as a screenshot of your class schedule/registration - showing your name, the school's name and how many credits you are taking. (You do NOT need to wait until you complete your first semester.)

The check, which is payable to the school on your behalf, will be mailed to you, and it is your responsibility to submit it to the school.
