How to Enroll:
Enroll in Budget Billing through SmartHub, our online customer portal available on the web or via the SmartHub app for smartphones and tablets.
Once logged in:

  • On the web: Go to Billing & Payments
  • On mobile: Go to Bill & Pay
  • Click or tap Enroll – it’s that simple!

Important Notes:

  • This option is available only when your Total Due is $0 or less and your service has been connected for 12 consecutive months.
  • If you do not see the option to enroll through SmartHub, please fill out the Application found here.
