SMARTHUB NOTICE: Upon accessing or signing into the app, Android users will be prompted with a screen to update their app via the app store and iOS users will see a message on the Home screen indicating an update is required. Users who have not updated to SmartHub Mobile 26.3 will be unable to utilize the app to make mobile payments once your organization's migration to CommerceHub is complete. Migrations are rolling throughout June 2026, with all NISC Members transitioned by end of June.

Energy Assistance

St. Croix Electric Cooperative is committed to helping our members keep their power on. It’s not always easy to ask for help but sometimes you need it. It is important to connect with us so we can continue to keep you connected without disruption.

Depending on your circumstances, we can offer varying solutions – from Budget Billing and Deferred Payment Agreements or by connecting them to a Community Energy Assistance program.
